Thank you for the article - an interesting read. I am still cooking with gluten for my children so I guess there is a chance of cross-contamination there. Thanks so much for the quick response. I forgot to mention that I’m also reactive to oats so have had to cut them out, I did eat a lot of oats previously. Maybe coconut milk is the best option?
