I have been on Budesonide 9mg for 6 weeks, my second round after 5 blissful years of normal life. Now constipation, are people just decreasing the dosage on their own to see if it makes a difference? Would it be that big of a deal to go from 9 down to 6?

Hi everybody, newbie to this site but not to MCC. I didn’t know about not eating citrus fruit. It was recommended to me to eat kiwi for constipation, so non-citrus fruit is doable?

Hi there, I am a newbie here. Do you take oral Magnesium supplements and if so, which variety? I used Magnesium years ago for sleep and discovered that it helped my chronic constipation but when diagnosed with MCC that all stopped. I use Magnesium oil spray on my feet every night or maybe my abdomen...
