MD? DO? Functional Health? Naturopath?
I would really like to find a medical professional to take this journey with. Does anyone absolutely love their doctor? If so, why? Has anyone found a doctor or medical professional who is willing to talk about and treat MC with diet changes? I’m really struggling to find a medical professional to w...

Types of Pain with MC
While dealing with MC, I've experienced WD and the pain associated with it felt like a dull, ongoing cramp type pain. Like a dull headache in your gut that doesn't go away. I recently tried a magnesium supplement, ended up with WD, and have resolved to never try magnesium supplements again. It will ...

Question about Lamb
I have been eating lamb and sweet potatoes for most meals during phase 1. I'm currently free of WD, but I wonder if it's because I'm still weaning off of budesonide. How do I really know if lamb is safe? Is it typically always safe for MC patients? I consumed lamb during my life, but primarily for h...

Thoughts on pistachio nuts, avocado?
I’ve come across pistachio during travel and wondering if they might be a safe-ish option for a snack.
Same with avocado. It’s filling and satisfying, but is it usually safe?
Obviously it’s all individual, so looking for any holistic experiences others have had or learned.
Thanks,

Re: Enterolab Results
Thanks John. Wish I could send you a pic of the lamb loins I got overseas, here, they chop them. There, they sold them as pristine cuts with no fat. It was a wonderful find, but haven’t found that here.

Re: Enterolab testing
I sent my lab specimen to enterolab, following their very precise instructions. It was sent to Greece. I sent it on Oct 4th and received lab results on Oct 22nd.
Thought others might like to know they're able to process tests and the timing is just a bit long, but not bad.
Thanks,
Onebigpill

Re: Enterolab Results
Thank you all. Tex, this is exacty the type of information I was hoping to learn (tuna sensitivity may show up as salmon sensitivity, pea protein is a legume, etc). John, my diet has been essentially your diet, lamb, turkey, sweet potatoes. I eat ground lamb a lot and it's high in fat. While traveli...

Do we need Probiotics to heal our gut?
There are so many probiotic choices to improve gut health. I purchased one talked about here, but I seem extra sensitive.
What about sauerkraut brine (just the liquid)? Refrigerated kind.

Covid vaccines and Auto Immune Disease
I am not hugely political, and I am vaccinated for covid. However, I have been hearing that the covid vaccine may be linked to auto immune diseases. Any knowledge or medical studies about this?
Thanks,

Re: Enterolab Results
Thank you both. My results were really surprising to me. Especially that Oats, Rice, Tuna, Almonds, Walnuts and Pork. I rarely ate those things. Can you help me with a few questions, based upon your experiences? First let me give you some background. I started WD in May. Completely out of control. I...
