I missed the link...sorry Tex.

Thanks for the link and taking the time to provide it. You're the best and I don't think I'd be doing as well as I am without you, the site and all the helpful knowledgeable people who share here.

Hello Tex..

I did an Internet search and for some reason I can't find the MC Foundation. Would you have a link I could use? Thanks for everything!

I'm in good company then Tex  I honestly didn't expect anyone to recognize the hiccups as something to deal with. I know all about not eating so it's possible that was the cause. Eating and food were the enemy back then, talk about frantic! I'm reading your most excellent book Tex and it bring...

What a great website!!

Wow! I may order one of her cookbooks but I'm certain I'll continue reading. I haven't found anything yet about a webinar…I probably missed it. I will sign up for her newsletter. Great information!

Thanks so much!!

OK, Thanks Gloria! I haven't done many roasts yet but that sounds like a good idea. I'm Paleo now so I have all kinds of gluten free stuff around that I can't bring myself to throw out...wish I lived closer to someone so I could pass it on. I'm feeling good. Do you visit any Paleo forums?

DebE...I know what you mean. Wow, life used to be so simple! Gloria...you cook everything when you get it home and freeze the left overs? That way nothing sits in the fridge defrosting it goes right into the microwave eh? OK...that will take a bit more planning than what I've been doing but it's doa...

How To Prevent Histamine

Hi everyone! I'm wondering if anyone here has a good solution to the 'left overs' and fresh meat histamine problem. I usually cook and eat what I'm going to prepare and then cut up into individual serving size and freeze. However I'm wondering what happens whilst that frozen meat is thawing out in t...

I could always tell how good the chocolate was by how many times I sneezed when I ate it! Three sneezes, only three, and it was the good stuff! LOL A light when on for me when I discovered information on mast cells...I don't remember when that was, I'd have to do a search here to locate the original...
