(i.e. no white bread, potatoes, etc). I had not heard of coconut oil so I can try that. I haven't been eating apples like I use...

Originally I had eliminated many foods and slowly re-introduced them since I felt fine. In 2012 I was diagnosed with Graves Disease a...

ACRONYM INDEX

Tex, thanks for clarifying "Norman" for me in that post. I am still laughing about the poop descriptions - TOO FUNNY  yeah, we all need a Mona Lisa once in awhile to make our day! when I saw the movie "the Bucket List" with Jack Nicholson, one of the funniest lines was him g...

who or what is Norman?

ok, i admit I'm new and getting into the swing of all these acronyms is sometimes a challenge, but who or what is Norman or Normands? I THINK I know what you mean but I have to ask.
also, if it's what I think it is, then is there an alternate name for "D"?

has anyone found good alternatives for cream in your coffee? i did see a coconut milk creamer that just came out by "So Delicious" company. Says it is GF, DF, SF, lactose free (even the flavored ones). thought I might try it out.

Thanks everyone

thank you all for your warm welcome and support. I agree, Tex, that I am in danger of dehydration and that's not good. I was told by a friend (RN) that nausea is a symptom of dehydration. I will ask my doc to start the Entocort. in meantime, how do I find out what/if I have food intolerances? Is the...
