Hey Tex! Hopefully it wont be 5 years! I just figured I had some good info to share so I thought I would pop on it. And it was weird it was a slow progressing symptoms that kept on building until I finally said, well duh! I assume the foggy brain will take a little bit of time to clear up, but even ...

I had trouble with my stomach my whole life off and on. Then my senior year in college it all came to a head. DRs said it was all in my head, and one DR even said I have ulcerative colitis. I found a new GI and he didnt agree. He said microscopic colitis, and I also took the Enterolab tests (best te...

Geez its been a while!

Hey Guys Its been an extremely long time since I posted. So wanted to drop in and say hi. So HI! Over the past, what is it now, 8 years I have been gluten free and diary free. I have had no more flares since that time. I stopped seeing my GI Dr as he said, whats the point since you are doing so well...

Hey NJ- Glad you are taking advantage of the site (I believe we talked through emails for a while). Angry- I was originally dx'd with ulcerative colitis and really the only relief I have found is through diet. I think everyone is a little different in what they can and can not handle. I found remiss...

That is so sad. Really, these DRs are turning people off of the only thing that has worked for so many. DRs couldnt see that I had an intollerance to gluten through their awesome and foolproof tests but Dr Fine's caveman like tests sure did the trick for me and a lot of you. This is truely upsetting.

Yup looks like MC to me. Boarderline just means it isnt horrible yet. Many people suffer for years and years and that is when the dx becomes clearer. You are lucky that you caught this quickly and you can do something about it. Have you put any thought into what you would like to try? Meds vs diet?

Dr Fasano is the one who is trying to make an "intollerance pill?" I read about that a while back- I bet the insurance companies deny it to a bunch of people since it is not medically accepted that gluten and other food interollerances have a direct relationship with MC. I can just see my ...

I just ate there last Thursday. I always order the Phillips Lemon Chicken and have never had a problem with it. Would love to eat other items, but they either have soy or eggs in them. The flourless chocolate cake sounds delicious, but alas, it also contains eggs. Gloria does the GLUTEN FREE changs...

Hey Polly- how about them Ravens?

Did you see that game yesterday?? Where did this offense come from? Imagine if Billick hadnt wasted the great defense we had all those years and actually got a decent offense... more playoff games would have been in Bmore if that was the case. So many people were ripping Flacco at the begining of th...

Casein score from enterolab questions

Hey Guys... So I did some researching today and found my enterolab scores... 40 for gluten and Fecal anti-casein (cow's milk) IgA antibody 15 Units (Normal Range <10 Units). I know that one should not base their "interolance level" off of the #s because as Dr Fine says if you are one above...
