hey all! well THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My life has changed so much for the better since I have been gluten and dairy free!!!! I can't belive i never trusted to try this YEARS ago! My symptoms have reduced drastically and I have more energy and clarity of thought then ever :) FANTASTIC! Spread the news!!...

I would do anything for remission!!!...so what can I eat? rice,protiens, oils and nuts only? are the "gluten free" foods in that ailse OK?
