I also make an easy ice cream with 1 can of full fat coconut milk, 1/8tsp. salt, 1 tsp vanilla and a little honey. Mix, and since I have a little ice cream freezer I use that. Eat have as soft serve and harden the rest for another day.

I have a soy sensitivity of 12 units on the Entero food test. Do you think I should also avoid peanuts and peanut butter?
And can one heal enough to add our sensitive foods back into our diets at some time?

My husband is now reading a book called Grain Brain. Sounds like what you mention. Dr. Perlmutter wrote it.
I thought we could follow it together but I can't do eggs other wise it's as you mention.
