I found that address as well. But when you talk to them they say India and that would be where you have to send the check and make it out to a Derrick Wood. No they do not take mastercard, odd?

How did you pay for it. I do not have a VISA card only Mastercard, and feel funny about sending a check to India? Thoughts?

Chocolate Zucchini Cake - GF/DF/EF/SF

I have made this previously GF but now that I am SF/EF/DF I thought I would give it a try. It was wonderful, I took it to a family Labor Day party and everyone said you could not tell and loved it. 2 1/2 cups all purpose GF flour (I used Jules GF Flour) 1/2 cup cocoa 2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 ts...

If this disease doesn't teach us anything else, it at least teaches us patience, and perseverance. Tex this is very true, I have never been very patient but that has helped me in getting a diagnosis for my issues quickly. I just would not put up with feeling the way I did and just kept telling the ...

Thanks all. Yeah being Celiac 1st really gave me an advantage to food label reading. I of course made a mistake while on vacation and bought dairy free chocolate, I missed the soy flour being in it. But it happens though I try to avoid it of course. I am just so glad to be making progress, I was get...

Congratulations what wonderful news. I hope mother and baby are doing well. I was 9lbs myself and when I had my daughter and she was only 7lbs 6oz I was surprised but then I had my son who was 9lbs 4oz. Then I had wished he was small like my daughter as it was a difficult delivery. They actually bel...

Then 1.5 years ago the D started again I went to my GI and he though may dairy and I substituted soy milk in my coffee and got worse. Then I went SF, got better not 100% though. Then for the last 10 months I got worse and worse...

Nancy,

Reisling is my favorite wine as well. I had a little to much last night however, but it was still good. I know it is cheap but I can usually find Crane Lake Reisling for 4.49 or 4.99 a bottle and it is good.

I have seen problems with me recently in finding words. I have never had a great vocabulary but I have noticed issues with trying to recall a word or say what I want exactly. I am only 36 but I have been keeping an eye on that as well.

Well we are back home. My friend told me about a drop of rubbing alcohol in the ear and it worked, I am glad as I have to travel by plane on Wed to Atlanta for work. We will see what my mom has to say over time. Hopefully she will listen or at least give some things a try. She is just so concerned w...

Thanks Sara, we did have a fine dinner out. Just had a plain hamburger no bun of course and a small salad and plain baked potato. I am at least feeling better today, no more tummy pain or major bloating. I just have an ear infection now I believe, but that is much better then the tummy pain.

Well I can't get her to do much at this time, but the anti inflamitory is working for the time being. But we did get to talking and she does have sarcoidosis that was diagnosed in the 80's. We did a little research and think this and possibly some other issues she had with her skin a few years ago m...

Thanks Tex. I will see if I can get my Mom to take some magnesium. She is on some anti inflammitory as well as pain meds. She can barely walk and we leave in the morning for a 12 hour car ride to the beach. She just got the meds today and I am hoping they kick in quickly as my 2 kids are looking for...
