Gluten sickness symptoms

This comes from a previous topic "Gluten on occasion ". The last entry is someone asking about symptoms of illness if you occasionally go back. I was curious too and didn't want the question to go unanswered. Thank you in advance.

So great to have this website. I have so many questions and Drs don't have time to answer them. Guess I learned a hard lesson today. I am feeling better now, but still not eating much. I am staying hydrated though. I just can't express how much this website does for me!

This is a really bad reaction. Does it get worse once you go off gluten then go back to it? I never felt this bad when I was eating gluten.

To me that is motivation to stick to the right foods. I also went out to several different stores right after I was diag...

Hypothyroidism

I was just diagnosed a few weeks ago with MC. Something interesting was brought up by Tex. You said you have mental health issues. Well so do I, and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism months ago. I'm not sure if you take meds for mental health issues, but I do. Once I was diagnosed with hypothyroid...

Pill pockets

"Greenies" pill pockets are the best thing I've found for giving pills to cats or dogs. I had a cat with inflammatory bowel disease. She lived 15yrs, but required meds. Funny thing is that as I find out more about MC I wonder if her issues were food related too.

Been there

I was just diagnosed yesterday, and my GB taken out 4 yes ago, so I can't help with the antibiotic. With the GB removal, all I can suggest is to take 2 weeks off after. You will b weak and tired and I got D after it for about 3 months. Stay away from fats especially.
