I had 8 weeks of entecort, now I'm on 8 weeks of 8 chewable pepto tabs a day. Anyone know what would be the next course of treatment?

Not feeling the pepto working so much. Day 4. still have a lot of gas (both ways)

gi now gave me donnatal. the pain is after I have a bm, which, of course, is unusual, but that's the story of my life!

I never had pain when I had the D, now on entecort & D has stopped, but pain has arrived!

dr. gave me livbid, but hasn't helped at all!

What do you do about the cramping? I'm doubled over right now.

Sharaine, I'm on week 4 of entecort now The D has calmed down, but I have no sensation when I'm going to poop. Sometimes I feel like its gas, but its not! Dr. wants me on 8 weeks on entecort and then see him again.

Question, does this go in remission? I'm liking it to my ms, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Starting to get real depressed. Only 53 & have to wear diapers. Not any way the life I planned. So much I want to do, but am afraid.
