How to Set the Time for Your Own Timezone

Edit your profile, and go to the item called Timezone. In the U S and Canada, to select for Central Daylight Savings Time, select "GMT - 4 Hours" On the East Coast, select "GMT - 3 Hours. For Mountain Daylight Savings Time select "GMT - 5 Hours", and for Pacific Daylight Savings Time, select "GMT - 6 Hours", and so on.
