Raw Avocado Choconana Pudding

Post by Zizzle »

Found this recipe on the Mothering website. People were raving about it. Very MC friendly!

From the May/June 2010 issue of Mothering Magazine - Raw Choconana Pudding:

1 avacado

1/2 ripe banana

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Blend all ingredients in food processor until pudding like, add water if needed.

Heading out for avocados right now. Hope I can find a ripe one (or some patience). I'm going to freeze some... will let you know!

Thanks, Z!

Last year I made avocado ice cream and it was delicious . . . so creamy. I remember adding vanilla, some lemon, coconut milk and sugar (Any sweetener would work). Just blend and put in ice cream maker. My son loved it.
