GF/DF/SF/EF banana-coconut 'ice cream' pops

I hope this is a "can't go wrong" kind of thing - we had cherries about to go over the edge, so I threw some in, plus almond butter. (No coconut this time.) I love the combo of cherries and almonds... something might be wrong with our freezer because they are NOT DONE yet!

Seriously, I think bananas all by themselves might do the trick. Especially in this heat.

A neighbor uses very small disposable cups instead of a special popsicle-freezing gizmo.

This notion definitely 'popped' at the right time of year!

Cherries and almonds sounds good! I put mine in plastic containers with lids and they froze too hard. But I took it out of the freezer and put it in the fridge for an hour and it softened up and was wonderful. The small paper cups sounds like a good idea too.
