Creamy Almond Milk

well, I was forced to try this, quite successfully! No store around here still carries Silk original unsweetened almond milk, and I hate that Rice Dream rice milk, even though there is no sugar added it still tastes sweet to me. And we all know there is residual gluten of 10 ppm by their own stats. Like Tex says, it's a little here and a little there and pretty soon you are reacting.

Anyway, my blender is a very old Osterizer, but an extremely high watt commercial product. Two minutes of blending in that left only bubbles when I strained it, no pulp. I did notice the slightly gritty feeling, but overall I am quite pleased and it is now my milk of choice. Thanks, Gloria.

While I am on Dee's Kitchen will post a German pancake recipe I was hoping would help Nancy's breakfast query, but see she needs to be EF and this isn't. We love it, and hope those who can tolerate the ingredients will enjoy it.
