That usually happens with the first BM of the morning. Due to the lack of any defecation activity during sleep, the colon has time to remove water during the night, (starting at the bottom, and working it's way up the rectum and into the sigmoid colon), but once we become active, motility increases, and so the colon will fall behind on it's job, for the rest of the day, until more of it heals.
It's a sign of improvement, so additional improvement should come with additional healing time, if your treatment program is working.
