Shelia - I had one of my worst reactions after eating at a Japanesei restaurant. I felt like I had the flu the next day. I'm sure it was because of the soy sauce that they put on everything even though I asked them not to put it on mine. It was also before I got my Enterolab results that showed I was reacting to soy. I thought it was just the gluten in the soy sauce because it was wheat based. Now I really think it was the soy that made me so ill.
I hope you are feeling better.

I threw out all of my Oriental sauces because of the gluten and really didn't pay attention to the "soy" part. A very half-assed way of doing things! Today when I started to feel better I began going through the refrigerator and throwing things out. Tomorrow I'll start with the pantries. I'm going to take a look at the Paleo diet that so many of you do well with. I don't want to ever get another migraine headache. I think I slept 18 hours yesterday, ate nothing, drank nothing. Thanks for mentioning your experience in a Japanese restaurant. I probably won't go there or to our Thai restaurant again and I love the food.
