went to my regular dr. for a physical. yesterday woke up to some burning (very little) when i pee'd and then as the day went on, had a "heaviness" in my lower abdomen. thought it was a bladder infection. my urine came back negative, so dr. (who is new to me- my regular dr. moved) thinks that maybe a flare up in colitis issues is what is causing the tender bladder issues, the more frequent urination, etc. (kind of felt tender when he pressed on the right side). have any of you experienced this in a flare? what also is strange is that i think i have had colitis for a few years, just got diagnosed in november, so i find it strange that this (if it is in fact a colitis flare) has not happened before, especially when things were alot worse back in november????
