Kari,
I like the oil of oregano, and I think it's helping - but I have complicated the picture too much to be certain of which are the key factors in my progress (other than strict diet, of course!).
I am trying a new probiotic (Enzymedica's Pro Bio - chosen partly for sensible reasons, and partly because a friend of mine has used their products for years and had some on hand that she offered to share), but it's too soon to know whether it's helping.
I am overdue for a "what's up" post (I thought monthly was too often, since I'm in for the long haul), and will try to write up in the next few days what I'm doing (and what I've dropped). Glad you're tolerating the coconut water - that's excellent news.
Z, nice job on your MIL's foot fungus! It's interesting that the OTC fungal creams are helpful, once the ACV paves the way.
Lesley, I truly believe that gluten sensitivity is implicated in sugar cravings (as well as carb cravings generally), but I think gluten is the root of all evil... Hopefully as your dietary change settles into a routine, it will be about what you enjoy more and more, and you'll feel less and less what's not on the menu. That has been happily true for me.

Another recommended treatment, believe it or not, is Listerine. Many people swear by it.
It didn't help me at all. I also had a very strong solution of tea tree oil mixed with Neem, made for me by a friend of mine. It STINKS, and didn't help.
The listerine dyed my feet turquoise, and the TT/Neem solution dyed my nails orange. Turquoise and orange are my favorite colors to wear, so my feet matched my clothes.
However, it didn't help the fungus.
