I have ordered them all. I will start using it as soon as it arrives.

Everything GF is expensive. I think there is NO reason for this. They know we are a captive audience so they charge through the roof. I hope, as the demands of the GF population grows, there will be enough people to put pressure on the makers and bakers, and the prices will come down.

A nutritionist told me to use L-Glutamine to help with the healing, so I am using that right now.

I have to keep going. And once again I am really grateful to you all!

you are taking the right steps! and we will be there to guide you to the right path
:bear:

for the first 6 months post diagnosis as i made changes to
-my diet,
-what products i use on my face and hair
- the routine each morning
- my work day, ie schedule toilet stops before long meetings
- supplements

it was overwhelming, and back then my motto was the john denver song, some days are diamonds and some days are stone.
for that first 6 months that is what it felt like, then gradually without me realising it, the difference between a good day and a bad day was not so much, and most days were pretty good.

as i listened to my body and became fully aware of the symptoms and signs of issues, i was able to manage it.

Hang in there, it does get better!

Gabes,

That's a great way to say it - the difference between a bad day and a good day isn't so very much, and most days are pretty good.

Sometimes it's easy to get wrapped up in the slight daily changes of symptoms - was that a little gurgling, or a lot? Am I a little tired, or a lot - and is it because I didn't sleep well, or Something I Ate (and if I didn't sleep well, was *that* something I ate?)... so we forget to appreciate when we arrive at the happy state that most days are pretty good, and bad days aren't so terrible.

I'm pretty sure I should not have had flax oil in my smoothie (we're out of fish oil) but today's not so bad at all.

Love,
Sara
