We just got our cable, TV, and phone back yesterday. We can't complain because we did not lose power. I went through withdrawals without my computer, but made it. I heard this morning that there are still 400,000 customers without power in CT. I don't know how many here in MA. I know parts of our small town are still out. I think this is ridiculous. I cannot remember losing power like this when I was growing up here and I know the storms were just as bad. It seems like only over the last ten years this has happened. We didn't even lose power during the blizzard of '78. Come on . . .

I read all this and I am SO glad I moved here. If I never see another snow flake in my life (except from a warm place where it just looks pretty, from which I do NOT have to move, drive, snovel show, slide on ice etc., etc.) it will be too soon. This old body does NOT like doing any of those things (except looking out and saying "oh, pretty"!)
