HOME !!!!! and this is how Lou's day went

Post by barbaranoela »

Evening----

To begin--we got to the hospital @ 6am----
About 7'ish they started the FIRST procedure of inserting the cathera/stent?? up his U know where
This took about 45 minutes---brought back to room to come out of this sedation--- and *wowee* :censored: when *P*'d

Then @ 11am they took him back up---sedation again and did the :Itchscratch: took about 1/2 hour---

Now maybe each doc does things their own way but these procedures, done separately, wasnt too much :cheerleader: rah--rah-sis-boom bah happiness

Then she will see him in 10 days---X-ray before he arrives and if she sees that there is still too much of the stone there---another blasting will be done!!!

They say it takes approximately 10 days for a completion of the squished stone to come out???? Now how did the come up with that #---maybe a stone likes to *hang* around---

So U all would be hysterical if U saw my bathroom---we have all the equipment so that he can *P* in to catch *A falling STONE* :music:
Toooooooo funny!!!!!---

A *snap* ----for this--- :BSFlag:
I told him his by=pass surgery was a snap!!!!!

Of course I have now caught my SECOND WIND and will stick around for a few more hours----

Hope all are well
keep a smile

I am happy Mr. Louie is ok. It should be real fun with the P--and catch routine LOL You must be real tired by now Barbara :sleep2: :bigbighug: for you and Mr Louie. Hopefully all that nasty stone will get out of there and he'll be fine. How come you have to catch the pieces...is that just to make sure they came out? Get some rest and tell Mr Louie we are all thinking of him. :butterfly67: Love Oma

Hi Mrs. Columbo,

All I can say is, I'll bet that Mr. Luciano isn't enjoying this as much as you seem to be. I'm sure he's glad to be this far along in the treatment, but I'll bet he's anxious about the next 10 days. I know I would be. At least it's not a life-threatening situation. Here's hoping that everything goes smoothly.

After I read your line, "catch a falling STONE", now the melody from the old tune, "Catch a Falling Star", keeps running through my mind. LOL.

Luv,

Hi Barbara

Well done! You got through the day without going to sleep on the job. Sound like fun - stone watching :blinking: poor fella, he has had a rough time. Love to you both

Morning Barbara,

I agree that this is much more interesting to you than to Louie. I am sure he not at all anxious to "pass water" for the next 10 days. OUCH!!!!

Glad everything went well and hopefully this is the start of a medically clean slate for all.

Love, Maggie
