Checking in after two weeks

Post by Joseph7179 »

Just a note to thank you and especially Tex and Polly for the advice I received when I first signed on. I am especially grateful for this Board where I got some great hints and helps.
I am off the PPI's and on pepcid AC. I am on the vitamin D 5000 and sleeping on the left side. it has helped tremendously.

The D is gone and I am still taking the endocort. The GF and DF diet seems to control things.

Thaks again. JMH

Joseph,

It's great to hear that things are going so well.

Thank you for the kind words, and I hope that you continue to improve.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Hi Joseph!

Thanks so much for posting your encouraging update! It is always such fun to celebrate another member's success. :drinking2:

You are a quick study! You immediately designed a treatment plan, addressing the major issues you were having, and VOILA! An impressive improvement already! Probably the most difficult will be the GF/DF diet. How are you doing with that? It does becomes easier with time.

And you are most welcome for the initial advice.

Hugs,

Polly
