9) most of my clients know about my limitations so they don't pressure me to eat what I should not. Some of them, I think, are dealing with undisguised MC. Some are diabetics. Some are dieting. So, we all have crosses to bear.

Sorry to hear about the pred-induced flare. Your handling of this in every way is pretty inspiring.

For a moment I had this though, I wonder whether some kind of topical steroid would have worked on the skin. BUT - you were probably having a more systemic reaction, since it was so fierce, even though it started on the skin. As a traditional chinese medicine practitioner told me many years ago... "all connected." (He also told my friend with Crohn's - "that's just a name your doctors are calling it." Interesting how we have found so much focus among some doctors on drawing the lines correctly for naming purposes, as opposed to looking at the larger picture of health.)

Glad to hear your flare was brief. And I hope, truly that it is the Last. One. Ever.
