Reflexology

Post by Joseph7179 »

Has anyone used reflexology to help with their MC? I have tried it for about a month and find it helpful. they can get to the sensitive areas rather quickly and they theory seems to work. JMH

Joseph,
I have not tried it, only acupuncture. I bet it does help.

Hi Joseph,

I have gone for reflexology before, but just for relaxation/massage. How did it help with the MC? Did you tell them anything that made them specifically focus the work on specific external areas that somehow help the colon? What info did you give them and what did they do that helped? Very curious....!

Thanks,
Robin

I told them my history and all the info on LC but only after they told me I had colon and stomach issues as well as some neck issues. I had cervical fusion in 2010 so that was pretty obvious.

For me I do think it has helped. I feel better after I leave and it seems tolast. I will ldo this for about three more weeks and then see what happens.

Thanks so much for the reply.
