I have washed Pebbles for the third time with a special cleaning mixture and she now only has a slight odour. The problem is that with her allergies washing her so much is not helping that condition either. And yes to everyone who asked if I threw out her dogbed. OH YES! It went out the same night she was sprayed. I have to say that when you have a sprayed animal in closed quarters, the smell is just putrid. It has got to be the worst odour I have possibly smelt. I kept gagging the whole time I washed her. I wish I would have taken a picture when she was covered in tomatoe juice in the bathtub, though. She looked totally forlorned. My main problem now is her face, since that is where she was sprayed the most. It is also the hardest place to wash without hurting her eyes. I put eye ointment in them to help.
Amanda is doing okay so far with her pregnancy, her readings are way up and are at the level they should be. She is not as far along as she had thought though. She is 5 weeks now. It is just hard to figure out when she got pregnant, since we can't go by the usual way. But this is as close as they can get. Now we are just crossing our fingers and toes that she continues to do okay.
Now according to this pregnancy and when she is going to have the baby, will be whether or not I can go to the potty party get together. If this pregnancy goes full term, then she would have the baby in June. So that would work out okay.
My youngest daughter Mel aka Nathania, called me yesterday to tell me that she got a matching tatoo with her girlfriend. A Chinese dragon on her back. All I could think of is just how big is this dragon. Her answer was go big or go home!!! Then she told me it is supposed to be a protection to ward off evil and be lucky and all kinds of things, the little liar. Anyway, haven't seen it. What can you do, I don't mind little ones, have one myself, but she is of age. This is what they did while waiting to pick up little Novara from the vet. They had him neutered and declawed, final shots and so forth. Poor , their dog, Nova sometimes pretends in front of them that she doesn't like him, but then they come home and they are cuddled together in the dog kennel, sleeping the day away. So cute. I hope to have some pictures soon to send Sally.
Me, I am doing okay. Having some recurrent troubles with my CC, still refuse to see a doctor. I have been humiliated enough already. The doctor that gives me the shot in my spine for my back pain told me that 'Usually' the cortizone that he injects helps with the bowels??? I have not had that experience. Sometimes I think that they say things like that because they think that phycologically saying that will make me think it will help and then the symptoms will magically dissappear. Anyway, that is the first I have heard something like that would help. Day by day is my motto. Sleeping allot and really not doing so well. But you have to do something or you would go mad. That is why I took off to the mall on Monday and just walked around and looked, got the things I needed and few other things I didn't. It was just nice to get out. I do miss having someone with me though, it is always more fun.
I think I am at my limit for sitting now, when I can't feel my legs or bottom I know times up! The good news is that my laptop is being put back together today and I should have it shortly. Yoo Woo. I just find it too hard to sit here and read, I miss doing that and keeping up with everyone. I also want to get in on the CHAT sessions, that is just way cool.
So Wendy out, and don't forget to

Hi Wendy,
Sorry you're still not doing too good. We're glad to see you when you're able to pop in. The laptop will definately help, I use one.
Pebbles - poor thing - with their noses being more sensitive to smells than ours, I can only imagine how she feels. SOON, the smell will be a thing of the past. Hopefully, she will remember what caused that awful, putrid smell!!!! LOL
Great news on the pregnancy! Keeping fingers crossed.
Tatoo - well, that's another story around here. Both my girls have them - tribal, suns, etc. that kind of thing. However, there is my youngest that has a large one on her calf (side) that looks like Tigger jumping out of her skin. It goes half way up her leg! I asked her what she was going to do when she got old......wear pants, she says! LOL
Mine is hidden and only seen when I have on a swimsuit or a low-cut shirt. I like it that way! On the other hand, Larry (hubby) is a big man who looks like a *biker* (intimidating at times hahahah). He is the only one in the family who don't have one. Funny, he is the one who appears should have one! LOL
Take care of yourself. Hope you get that laptop soon - it would be fun to see you at the chat!
Hugz,
Margie

Hi Wendy!!! I am glad to hear Pebbles is smelling more like her cute self. And your daughter is doing well with the pregnancy. I will keep her inmy prayers and good vibes (((((((((((Good Pregnancy)))))))))) Love Oma
May I be more compassionate and loving than yeterday*and be able to spot the idiots in advance
Take good care of yourself! Sorry about poor Pebbles. One bath is bad enough but several....boo!
I am crossing my fingers and toes too for Amanda.
I don't have a tatoo, I want a small one tho. My daughter has a sea turtle on her lower back. I always give her a bad time but I really do like it.
Hugs
