Tex...can't complain really...flare here and there...however. Always better without gluten...never ingest gluten...very strict with my diet...recently went lactose free too... Made a really nice lasagne the other day...certainly surprised myself...ur was tasty but too much...developed osteopenia and I'm sure I have fibromyalgia...muscles and bones are awful some days...however seen a rheumotoligist to which was unhelpful...get depression at times too but it's manageable...so how u been ???

Well, I thought I was doing OK, except for a few aches and pains, and osteoarthritis, but I just got some lab test results back from Enterolab that confirms my suspicions - I'm getting trace amounts of gluten in my diet, and I'm also sensitive to casein, so that's where my aches and pains, and osteoarthritis are coming from.
Maybe that's what's causing yours, also. Either gluten or casein-sensitivity can cause the symptoms you mentioned, plus they can also cause depression. My aches and pains resemble fibromyalgia, sometimes, but I'm sure that they're from food-sensitivities - that's why I had the tests done..

That's very good tex...that enterolab can rule that out...pity uk doesn't offer a lab like enterolab...hell I seen my gi last month and that's the first time In 4 years he actually admitted that gluten is an issue with mc..I thought that's good better than never, only it didn't help back then..I think he thought I was a smartasss back then 
like I've said before we are the ones who know our bodies and symptoms ... Glad to hear your good except for that arthritis which hopefully is manageable...

I'm pretty sure that when I get my diet straightened out again, the arthritis will go away.
At least your GI doc is slowly learning, that's a step in the right direction.
If you should want to try a test for casein, you can send a sample to Enterolab, from the UK. I can think of members from Span, and Hong Kong, who have done that.
