Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well. I'm still in the middle of a horrible flare up, probably the worst yet, or very close. I read the post from Tex about treatment and diet and even though I'm one of them :) I totally agree. I am going to cut out Gluten. I'm learning that it won't be that bad. I'm subsituting the crunchy things I love so much with rice cakes.
