Lynn thanks for the recipe. I think I'm going to make it this week for company too!

I'm testing some variations of the recipes so will try to post all of them this weekend (not in recipe area just in this area.)

Been there also, Brandy, my joint pain stopped after being GF for about the same time as you.
Resolved MC symptoms successfully w/L-Glutamine, Probiotics and Vitamins, GF since 8/'09. DX w/MC 10/'09.
