Hi BHM,
Before starting the GF/DF diet, I had persistent low mood (not full blown depression), PMS, and I felt all my anxiety in my gut. I still get a nervous stomach when the situation warrants, but my mood is better than ever, and my period sneaks up on me now -- no noticeable PMS at all besides some extra carb cravings. It's amazing how pivotal diet is to your mood and ability to cope with stress.
