The Weekend

Well, just to let you all know, I won't be checking in much this weekend. I hope all in the path of the hurricane are safely somewhere to ride it out. I will be off to my cousin's wedding so won't be around to follow much of how things are going down there.

I almost wish we weren't going away this weekend. Geoff and I are both exhausted. But I guess we'll manage. We are planning on a liesurely return trip on Sunday. It will be fun though. THis is the first family wedding since my Dad's sisters got married when I was 9 and 10 years old.

I luve weddings/celebrations--not for the food

so much (Xcept the desserts--yum) but for the music of a good band or even a good DJ--

Enjoy yourself! Good way to take your mind off of the worries of the world around you.

I haven't had a wedding for a couple of years. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we have one next year! My youngest daughter keeps hinting but no ring, no plans, no go YET! LOL

Have fun! You'll catch up when you get home Sunday evening. Enjoy your time with Geoff.
