Hi Leslie, excuse my ignorance but how do you find grass fed meats? Are meats labeled that way? Or do they have to be bought somewhere special? Thanks

Whole foods (where they have beef, buffalo and chicken fully grass fed) , and online. I find buffalo steaks at Costco. Much cheaper there.

Grass fed meats are way more expensive, but they are well worth it. My blood tests have improved, and I know I am getting better nutrition from them. My vitamin and minerals levels are fine, and they taste so much better it's amazing!

Hi Lesley,
I only eat grass fed meat too! Tonight for dinner I had a buffalo burger, it was pretty good!
