Emily update

Post by ronipow »

Just wanted to say hi. Hope everyone is doing well. Emily has made much improvement. We are keeping Emily CC under control without any medication. She finally started getting some better stools when she was good about eliminating fruit and sugar. However, she is not keen on getting off the sugar. She's almost 18 now and will have to let her suffer her own consquences. We have finished 6 NAET treatments and the jury is not out yet. I've talked to so many people now that really believe it works. We are going to commit to about 15 treatment, if we don't see a differece then we are going to drop it.

She has a lot less gurgling in her stomach and is able to keep up with her studies and friends. I'm not as paniced as I used to be.

As of now she is strictley of of gluten, fruit, and she sometimes cheats with sugar, and soy and dairy. Soy cheats don't mess her up as much as dairy
and sugar.

She is not allergic to corn thank God. I think more than anything sugar is the biggest culprit.

We'll keep you updated on Emily's NAET treatments.

Take care,
Roni

Hi Roni,

Thanks, we appreciate the update. After all, that's how we all learn from each other.

It's great to see that Emily is doing so much better. It's surprising how many of us have trouble with sugar. More and more of us are discovering that it causes problems for us.

I hope she continues to have good results with the NAET treatments. With MC, whatever works for the individual, is the way to go.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
