Recently I discovered a very positive and good initiative for people with (multiple) food intolerances and/or allergies in the Netherlands (so yes not not very useful for anyone here, but still I think it is worth the attention). A group of people started a magazine that 100% totally focus on people with (multiple) food intolerances and than not from the problem angle, but in a very positive way. They call it a food challenge and the magazine is full with recipes gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free (or if not with suggestions how to make it dairy free, soy free etc).
Is this a totally new initiative or does it already exits in other countries/languages?
Also there will focus on other forms of allergy and suitable product for example for skin allergy.
Really as soon as I am back in the Netherlands I will be the first one to buy the magazine.
Again although it is useless for (almost) everybody here, because Dutch language, it still thought it is worth the attention.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
