Hey Lori,

How ya doing? Last I remember you mentioning it your doc was thinking you were allergic to corn. Any developments there? I do hope you are feeling better and getting some energy back. Its the pits not having the energy after a day of work to do what you WANT to do. I know..thats about how I feel these days.

Hope you're doing okay.

I am doing pretty good. I actually think I am slowly getting better. My thyroid meds seem to have kicked in so that means my adrenal system is healing. I have been eating more protein and good carbs. That helps too. If I eat to much sugar, I feel yucky! Funny but my blood glucose test came out normal. I don't know about that diagnosis, hummmm!

I am taking tons of vitamins, herbs and whatever else is recommended. I have only had to take Entocort once in a whole month. I hope I am done with it

You might want to try some Mate (mah-tay) Tea. It is the best thing ever if you need energy. It also helps with mental clarity, who can't use some of that these days! It gives you energy without the jitters of coffee. I am still off the coffee, except for a decaf Mocha made by my dear hubby on the weekend. So needless to say, I can't live without my Mate Tea!

I hope you start feeling better. Yep, it really, really stinks to not have any energy. I kept apologizing to my hubby, I felt sooo lazy but nothing I could do about it. Just take good care of yourself and get lots of rest.

Thanks for checking up on me. Your so sweet!

Hugs
