2. What is your favorite song or songs? Too many to list. I love everything from classical to rap. To name one - the entire score from "Phantom of the Opera".

5. What was your most embarrassing moment in high school? (we've all had one..) I had just started dating my future husband and was meeting his parents at their beach house for the first time. A recent hurricane had destroyed the white picket fence around their house, and they had just had it replaced. As we arrived, I was driving, backed into the fence, and the entire fence was TOAST - just like that! What a way (NOT) to make an initial impression.

6. What is your favorite meal or food, GF or non-GF? Potatoes -ANY way you wanna fix 'em for me! Cheese is second (sigh, a no-no).

7. What was the best Xmas present you ever got, and why? A massage chair from my husband! It keeps me relaxed and sane.

8. What is your biggest Pet Peeve? Violence of any kind, but especially directed against children and pets.

9. What is your favorite place on earth? (city, state, park, or even just a place you love or go when you need comfort) By a babbling brook in a pine woods.

10. What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time? Garden, photograph nature, read, and keep up with my friends here!

Hi again!

I just noticed that 84 % who have answered this survey have recessive eye color (not the dominant brown). Seven out of 13 mentioned the word "hazel" or "green" and 4 said "blue". Maybe MC is more likely with recessive eye color? Who knows? Sally used to call these "nitnoids" - commonalities among us that perhaps go with MC. I wonder what the eye color of the hunter-gatherers was.......that might explain it.

Polly, maybe you're ONTO something. Wouldn't be a first for you :) Maybe we should have ANOTHER survey. eye color, hair color, skin type (fair, freckled, anything notable about skin), and also about family history of conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, etc??

It is a long story... I wrote a letter to my teacher´s home address, telling him I loved him... The most embarrassing moment was when he told me he wanted to talk with me and asked me to meet him at the teacher´s private office... (I am writing a book about it)
