I know what you all mean. Most just can not understand how i can give up so much .... and be okay with it. It just gets tiring trying to explain that I'd rather give up some foods then give up my life outside of the house! And then there are those people who still say " are you sure you can't just have a little?". So frustrating.
I'm going to make some red potato salad to bring to the Mothers Day BBQ and some tortilla chips with guacamole. That, with the BBQed meat and I'm set. Everyone else can have other stuff. What do you guys have for dessert? I haven't really figured that one out. I sometimes have like 10-15 Jelly bellies. I can have coconut macaroons, but the ones you buy are not that great ( i should make some). I can also eat a small amount of dark chocolate.
