Nettle tea

First time for Nettle tea...hot tea for Sunday evening.

Nothing remarkable about the flavor, but this particular brand goes down smooth. It's mild.
I'm not one to put sugar in hot drinks, so can't be too bad since I drank it straight. Would have to have a good
reason to buy it again, however.

Wonder if the health claims are accurate?
Anyone ever drink Nettle tea for that reason...or any reason? Any family legends or beliefs to tell about it?
