Hi All,
Just had to do a flyer for a luncheon I am doing at work for one department and I am using Chick-fil-A for the lunch. Wanted to cut and paste their logo and low and behold, they have a whole page on their website devoted to Gluten-free foods.
Here is the link http://www.chick-fil-a.com/gluten.asp
I realize I cannot eat much there being a vegan but I am sure going to send my friends there and hope it is helpful for you chicken lovers. LOL

Well, I don't have a Chic-Fil-A up here in Vermont, but I spent a summer in North Carolina for work once and became aquainted with them. So I'll just say, I really liked their waffle fries.
At quick look Maggie, it looks like from a gluten perspective you could do a quick vegan meal of waffle fries, salad, fruit cup, etc. Didn't of course look for your other intolerances. Actually as I type this I'm trying to remember if you are able to eat raw veggies and fruit? I'll leave it anyway because I still vouch for the tastiness of the fries!

PS: I love their cows: "Eat mo chicken"
