let us know what your consultant says, I usually go with what I want to say written down as these people dont have time for waffle!!!!, my advise would be to cut out the gluten straight away,we can live without it perfectly well, there is nothing to loose, make sure all your veg is really well cooked, no al dente for us lot, try not to eat raw fruit and veg, cooked apple, poached pears, bananas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice for carbs, light protine such as fish and chicken, try that for one week and see if that helps, your tiredness is part of the disease but also you cant be digesting what you are eating so you have lost your MO JO, chin up and keep us posted, oh yes, dont fry food for a while either, too much fat clogs everything up, Beni

WELCOME fatbuster205,
I am glad you have found this forum. Everyone is very helpful and supportive here. There is a wealth of information I know everyone will be sharing with you to help you sort through and get on your path of recovery.
We can all vary with what our food limitations are, but we are still very similar. I agree - it is great to know you're not alone. I felt the same way when I found this forum the end of November, 2011. What a relief it was to know there are people out there who do understand.
Again, welcome.
Paula
