Dee or anyone else,
I want to make a flour mixture that I can use for the Oil Biscuits in the MRT booklet and also some tortillas.
I have been tested by EnteroLab and I am sensitive to potato, corn, rice, oats, soy, dairy, and eggs.
I have found about 8 mixtures but they all have something I can't eat.
I currently have on hand tapioca flour, quinoa flour, and coconut flour. Which of these should I use and what proportions of each of these flours should I try for a mix? Is there anything else you would recommend? I can eat almonds but didn't see any almond flour.
I have the ingredients to made up Dee's Corn Starch substitute using Cream of Tartar and Baking Soda. I couldn't find Arrowroot at Sprouts Market but I am told it is in jars in the bulk section so I will go back and get some.
Oil biscuits are 2 cups allowed flour, 3 1/2-4 tea baking powder, salt, 1/4 cup oil, 3/4 cup milk or water
Tortillas are 1 cup flour, salt, 1 tea seasoning, 1/2 cup water, 2-3 tea oil
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
I need help with a flour mixture
