Safe "soy" sauce and marinades

Soy and Gluten Free Soy Sauce

2 C. Beef broth (organic Better than Boullion is safe)
2 t. Balsamic or cider vinegar
2t. Molasses
1-2 T. Lea and Perrins Worchestershire
1/4 t. Ginger
1/4 t. Pepper
1/4 t. Garlic powder
1/4 t. Onion powder
Put all ingredients in a small pan and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until reduced by nearly half. You're done.

Variations
Teryaki - add pineapple juice, brown sugar, crushed garlic and reduce on the stove.
Asian BBQ - ketchup, brown sugar and hot sauce (maybe more balsamic too)
