B-12

Post by Leah »

Hi All. I just got my blood work done and my B-12 level was around 1000. Normal is above 200. Does that mean I don't need to keep taking my B-12 supplement?

The body stores vitamin B-12 in the liver and elsewhere, so theoretically you should be able to coast for months or even years before having to be concerned about it.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Just a basic drug store brand.... 1000 mg. My doctor said to cut it back to 500.
