The CRP test is ancient There are better tests.

Also these levels of inflammation can raise and fall within days

Stress increases inflammation
Inflammation causes stress

There are great books on anti-inflammatory diets you should read They all say about the same thing but all good angles

John says thanks for the referral - John contacted me pretty well straight away and we are getting organised for me to go to Sydney and have my toxic inflammation exorcism!

now i have the costings, it will likely be September that I will go down (i need a couple of months to save up the money) in the mean time i will do a couple of the before treatment tests John likes to do.

sure will.
I would go down for the treatment sooner if i had the moula!!! all good things are worth waiting for.

I was going to pay a massage therapist to do the foot work each fortnight but that (and a few other things) will be off the budget while i save for the exorcism.
