Frozen Pups...and baby something

Post by annie oakley »

We have had rain and cold temps today. Rained last night and early morning...In fact it rained all day...slow and soaking. Alot of the farmers around here love it. It's 45 degress right now but feels colder with the wind. Dogs don't even want to go outside and pee  I'm not kidding it's like a cartoon...they wag their tails and run to the door...a soon a I open it and they see rain and feel wind....it's like they have automatic reverse brakes on. I would Insert a Smiley here but cannot acess the data base..tells me critical error..anyway I had to go to the barn and get the small electric heaters to warm the place up. They are now snug under their own small quilts. They have their own. Suppose to be pretty decent weather all weekend. I heard a ruckus going on outside on the roof like something was up there...maybe a squirrel or birds. Just as I opened the door and prepared to go out side....something flew off the roof and crash landed in the bushes. It looked like a small owl... I would have thought all baby birds and owls would have their flight wing by now. Anyway I couldn't get close to see it. We do have a nesting pair of hoot owls here every year. LOve Oma

Hi Oma and Liz,

When you get a "Critical" database error, the server at my ISP, where the database for this BB is stored, is having a bandwidth problem. IOW, too many users trying to access the same server at the same time, (not necessarily from this board, but from many other users who access the same server).

I usually just try it again, after a few seconds, and usually it will work, though sometimes it takes another try or two. Of course, if the server gets overloaded so bad that it crashes, that won't work, obviously.

Love,
Wayne

Thanks Wayne. I thought that maybe it was something that I did.
