And passed it onto me.

It's a doctor working with a company called Acurian, who is looking for eligible people for a research study on people with diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, or bloating for a research study of an investigational treatment.

If you qualify you MAY receive:
No cost investigational medication
No cost study-related care
Compensation up to $300 for time and travel

What do you guys think?

I wouldn't do it.

You probably have to take their medicine (which you may or may not actually get) and you probably have to promise not to go off and do other things on your own, like follow a gluten-free diet diet, which would throw their study results off.

I would not volunteer for an investigational drug trial. Just feels too risky to me.

dont think I would volunteer for a trial drug----yet---if u trust your doctors--and have been with them for a long time-and u trust their judgement---try it----

my doctors have tried a few new drugs---colitis---and it has been hit/miss--so now I just deal with the issues---and my INNERS have been my deciding factor--
