Hi Carol,

So happy that you have been able to add some foods back! Your success story is giving me hope! I am really at the very beginning of figuring everything out. I am hoping to get the MRT testing in July or August. Right now, eating is a struggle. I seem to eliminate more and more every day. I think I am safe with applesauce (no sugar added) and meat, eggs and cheddar cheese. Again, that is just a guess. I think MRT would help.

Mim, the way I've done it is: if my Enterolab test results said a certain food (or food group) is a problem and I'm producing antibodies to it, then those results have priority over my MRT results. For example MRT said I had very little reaction to yogurt but I won't be having yogurt because I am dairy and soy free as per my Enterolab results. That's how I've set the hierarchy of making food choices. FWIW.
