Does anyone eat kelp (seaweed)? If so why and how? Thanks, Brandy

I use kelp powder, sprinkle it in broth or on veggies with coconut oil, usually along with other seasonings.

I ate a sample of dried seaweed at Costco yesterday and didn't like it.

I LOVE kelp. I eat it often. I also use it for seasoning. I use it in my fish soup, when I grill fish, and also in a pot roast. I lay it across the top of the dish when I put it in the oven/slow cooker, just leave it. It gives a wonderful salty flavor.

I love all seaweed. I eat granulated seaweed as seasoning, especially on rice. Trader Joes now sells a seaweed snack - basically small sheets of salted sushi seaweed that you eat like chips. My kids fight over it! My mom used to make soup broths with big hunks of kelp in them.
