That's a great attitude to have about the diet. The members here who view the diet as an opportunity to get their life back tend to be much more motivated than those who view the diet as a deprivation. Actually, your GP could order the celiac blood tests for you tomorrow, so that you could get those tests behind you. As Deb pointed out, though, expect negative results on those blood tests, because they fail to diagnose about 15 to 20 cases for every one that they successfully diagnose. They usually won't detect the disease until a patient has been sick for a number of years
