Off to work

Well Family..I am having coffee...dogs are cuddled up to Mike in Bed and I am headed out the door to work, I'm not complaining...I only have 18 more days I can work beforeI will be off a while. I'd love to sleep in with Mke....but I have to work. It's cold here this morning..about 45 degrees. Have a great Saturday all. Love Oma

Hi Oma,

I hope your day goes well. Wow--a lot of difference in temperatures this morning. It's about 60 degrees here, and I doubt if we're much more than about 150 miles apart, as the crow flies.

It was 36c here yesterday, nearly 97f and it is not even summer yet. I think we are in for a long, hot one.

It must be hard to leave Mike when he has been away so long.

Wayne: I can't beleive the difference in Temps either. This afternoon we have the doors and windows open. You could wear shorts. ANyway.....I guess I better not complain. Love Oma

Yes Oma, we are. It is pretty hot an d very dry here at the moment but the forecast is for a very hot,wet, stormy, cycloney summer ahead. We have not really had a wet season for years so we are about due for one and need it badly. Not the cyclones of course, similar to your hurricanes. Floods are predicted as well. I really think that the whole world weather patterns are turned up side down.
